I recently had the pleasure of working with your customer service representative, Vanessa Castro, and I have to recommend her on her professionalism, courtesy and the expedient manner in which she helped facilitate solutions.
Of particular concern were two major events we have coming up at one of our locations in Clifton. Time was of the essence to have the dumpster emptied and moved out of the way for the events to take place. Vanessa was instrumental in getting things taken care of, despite obstacles (literally!) in the way and offering additional service to help clean up after our events concluded.
